Services Offered
Superb works in teams of 1, 2, or more people, and our hourly rate is charged per cleaner. Depending on the requested services and house size, our cleaners do their best and most efficient job in the lowest possible time. For example:
House 1: Regular house cleaning is scheduled for 4 hours by two cleaners, they will each work 2 hours, for a total of 4 hours due.
House 2: Move out cleaning is completed in 6 hours by three cleaners, they each worked 2 hours, for a total of 6 hours due.
Our services can be scheduled for One-Time only, Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Every Three Weeks, Monthly, or any other configuration that works with your schedule and needs.
Very important to us: If you have any specific cleaning requests, we will work with you and get it done!

Deep Cleaning
Our most detailed service, top to bottom cleaning. Includes: Removing spiderwebs, cleaning of ceilings, lights and fixtures, chandeliers, walls, baseboards, blinds, curtains, and windows. Moving furniture to dust and clean behind and under. Cleaning of all doors. Inside and outside cleaning of all cabinets in the kitchen, refrigerator, and oven. Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces and stove hood. Cleaning of bathrooms including inside and outside of cabinets. Cleaning of all rooms in the home. Bed-Making, laundry and ironing. Sweeping and mopping of all floors, vacuuming of all carpet and rugs. Cleaning of garage and patio.
Regular Cleaning
Includes: Removing spiderwebs, dusting of surfaces, walls, baseboards and doors. Cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen, refrigerator, and oven. Cleaning of bathrooms. Cleaning of all rooms in the home. Bed-Making, laundry, and ironing. Sweeping and mopping of all floors, vacuuming of all carpet and rugs.
Basic Cleaning
Includes: Removing spiderwebs. Cleaning of all surfaces in the kitchen, bathrooms, and rooms in the home. Bed-Making. Sweeping and mopping of all floors, vacuuming of all carpet and rugs.
